DESCRIPTION:Topic: Online Estate Planning: How Does It Work and How Can Your Non-Profit Use It? What Does This Mean For Estate Planning Lawyers and Financial Planners?\n\nSpeakers\nBrantley Boyett – President of GivingDocs\n \nInspired by the opportunity to improve access to estate planning through technology\, Brantley co-founded Giving Docs in 2015 after a decade as a practicing attorney in Austin\, TX. In 2017 Brantley moved to Durham\, North Carolina\, when Giving Docs partnered with Dan Ariely’s behavioral science lab\, the Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University. In conjunction with Duke and the Center\, Giving Docs has done extensive research on how to encourage people to plan their estates\, and how to encourage them to consider their legacy within that process. Brantley received his JD and a BFA in Economics at the University of Texas in Austin. He is also a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University School of Law\, where he teaches a course on Entrepreneurship & the Law. \nRhonda Brink – Attorney of Brink Bennett Pargaman Atkins + Sanchez PLLC \nRhonda Brink specializes in estate and trust law and her practice addresses all aspects of family wealth management and disposition.
